Registration for 12 years old and younger is free but does not include meals, raffle ticket or a tee-shirt. Meals for our under age guests can be purchased for $10. Additional T-Shirts can be purchased for $20 each. All passengers regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. All passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.
A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy. Click here to download.
We understand that it may not always be possible to join us for the event, even after you have registered. Under the new refund policy, $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds will be issued up to April 5th (excluding the $25 non-refundable), and 50% will be refunded after April 5th. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
